AlphaShares today announced that Northern Lights Ventures (“Northern Lights”) has acquired an equity stake in the firm. AlphaShares is an investment manager dedicated to providing investors with strategies and products that allow them to participate in the growth of the China. The Chief Investment Officer of AlphaShares is world renowned Princeton University economist and author, Dr. Burton G. Malkiel.

Carter is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
